Kim Kardashian Feeling 'Really Good': No 'Morning Sickness' Yet

Pregnancy isn't slowing Kim Kardashian down - at least, not yet. The expecting reality star hit the red carpet in Las Vegas on Monday night, to host a New Year's Eve bash with boyfriend and baby-daddy-to-be Kanye West at the Mirage's 1 OAK nightclub. "I wish I could share a drink with you all, but I can't for a little while," Kim told the crowd packed inside the Sin City hotspot, as she prepared to countdown to 2013. Donning a form-fitting black dress, that showed the smallest hint of a baby bump, Kim planted a kiss on Kanye as the clock struck midnight and the clubgoers - including celebrity friends Lance Bass and Brittny Gastineau -- cheered. And luckily for the first-time-mom-to-be, Kim said she hasn't experienced any downfalls of her pregnancy just yet. "I've felt good. I haven't had any morning sickness, but it isn't the easiest," she confessed on Monday night. "People always say [pregnancy] is easy and fun - it's definitely an adjustment... it's learning about your body. "I've been feeling really good," she added.
